Terms and Conditions

Booking terms and conditions:

The Sunnyside Hotel is a non-smoking bed & breakfast. Rooms are available for check-in from 12pm until 8pm on your day of arrival (earlier by arrangement) and must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.

Your booking is a legally binding contract with The Sunnyside Hotel.

Deposits are payable when booking and are non-refundable - full balance is payable on arrival.

In the event of your cancellation within 7 days of the booking, the full cost of your holiday will be payable.

No refund will be offered should you leave before the end of your stay.

We advise you to take out travel insurance to cover your costs should you need to cancel.
