We are only a minute walk from the golden sandy central beach an within a short walk of the town with all the shops and the famous market also we have the hippodrome circus( britains most visited summer show) just round the corner from us the Britannia pier and the pleasure beach with many rides an attractions to keep you entertained all day.

With Health & safety in mind for all our guests we are fire certificated, have a Level 2 fire system, are fully insured and have a food & hygiene certificate.

All electric appliances and microwaves have been pat tested with a certificate to the I.E.E code of practice & the electricity at work regulations

All rooms are cleaned each day and have Tea and coffee making facilities, remote controlled coloured T.V. All rooms have freeview T.V. and fridges. A full English Breakfast is provided and for a small charge, an option for packed lunch is available on request. There are no time restrictions and all guests have there own keys.
